Welcome to A Kinetic Life, a Houston based company offering a truly wholistic approach to individual, small business and corporate wellness. Our business model is simple, quite literally, as it is based on a design principle made popular in the 1960’s by the U.S. Navy, known as the KISS principle – a.k.a. “Keep It Simple Stupid” or in a softer tone, ”Keep It Simple Silly”.  Our approach is the same every time… MOVE!  It’s all in the company motto: “A Life In Motion, A Life In Balance”.

Life is already complex enough, therefore, A Kinetic Life takes the guess work out, while laying a foundation for our clients to build upon. A Kinetic Life will do the complex behind the scenes work in creating a program or individual plan based on mental, physical and social needs – at home, work and leisure.  Each program/plan starts with the individual in mind – Every small thing you do, every person you come in contact with, and every decision you make play a role in your overall health.  A better you, a better life, A Kinetic Life!

I am recommending you to all of my friends!  You have changed my life in more ways than you know.  For that I am extremely grateful. Thank you!

Anthony Coleman
